"Being a member of Modulation Z was one of the most rewarding experiences of my high school career. It provided me with a tight-knit group of friends and introduced me to a group of talented students in the area who, without such an opportunity, I never would have met. The instructors not only taught us how to play our instruments and to perform well, but they had the unique ability to motivate students like myself to strive for excellence and, in turn, accomplish goals beyond my own expectations. I learned invaluable lessons from my time as a performer including the importance of working together as a group, what it means to be a leader, how to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and how hard-work and effort create the foundation for success.
